Both Steve & Jane are fully police-checked and are both fully registered members of the National Association of Registered Petsitters.

We have secure safe facilities to keep a copy of your house key, and these safe facilities are kept in a safe location away from our van.  A code system is in place so it would not be possible for anyone to work out to whom individual keys belonged.

The designated A Dog’s Life van itself is secure and has the ability to lock separately the part of the van that houses the individual cages for extra security.
